Please note that due to certain Belgium and International Holidays, orders may take longer to ship out. The goods will be ready for dispatch on or after the day following your order. Delivery will be made within 1 to 9 business days to the shipment address specified by customer, depending on the place of delivery chosen. The goods will be dispatched only after the full purchase price has been credited to our account.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email confirmation from our courier service with the tracking number.
Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been paid for and is completely processed, we can’t make any changes anymore.

If you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other
charges due to local laws or customs rules. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot
offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any non-
EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.
If your order gets stuck in customs, you or the recipient will need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Inconnu cannot do this on your behalf.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
During the withdrawal period, the Consumer shall take good care of the product and the packaging.
He or she shall unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics.
To administer your right to exchange your order, you have to inform us by sending us an email (info@inconnu- store.com).
The Consumer shall return the product together with all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging, and have not been worn, soiled or washed; with all tags attached.
The shipping costs and risks for returning a product are at expense of the consumer. We recommend you to use a postal service that insures the value of the shipment.
Once the return/exchange safely arrives at Inconnu, we will inspect the item condition. Note any item that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted. Please allow 3-7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
